Adult Art Class with Panagiotis Agaliotis
Drawing, Painting & Mixed Media Exploration
This adult art class is an invitation to explore drawing and painting in a playful, experimental, and deeply creative way.
Led by artist and educator Panagiotis Agaliotis, the course moves beyond “how to draw correctly” and into discovering how you draw, respond, and create. Each session introduces a new idea, technique, or artistic approach, encouraging curiosity, freedom, and personal expression.
Participants will explore a wide range of techniques, including expressive acrylic brushwork, charcoal drawing using smudging and blot methods, doodling and mark-making inspired by music, collage and mixed media layering, abstract composition, and colour theory. You’ll also experiment with repetition and pattern, pixel-style drawing, decorative organic forms, and the creative combination of colour and grayscale within a single artwork.
Some sessions will take inspiration from the styles of significant historical artists, encouraging participants to adapt and reinterpret these influences…
